Utilizing our extensive in-house technology department, TSG has developed this software suite to streamline communications between headquarters, regional representatives and manufacturers. This system enables fast, efficient communication within the organization and also tracks processes which builds accountability within the organization. Here is a basic example of how the system works. TSG represents XYZ company for Kroger system wide. XYZ company has a new item they would like introduced to Kroger. XYZ calls or emails their TSG headquarter representative with the new item information. The TSG headquarter rep. then enters the new item into the software system and assigns it to the appropriate regional reps as needed. This launches a process where each regional rep views the new item information and is responsible for presenting it to regional Kroger offices if applicable. During this process XYZ company can log into the system and get a report showing the overall progress of the process.
